Operations and Maintenance
VITRO™ has a pool of competent IT professionals who
are experts in their fields. Our network administrators, systems
administrators and the customer support group, including the
technical helpdesk are all certified professionals in their
respective areas of expertise.
The VITRO™™ Data Center Support Groups are also
skilled managers who are responsible for the implementation
of clients' projects. Our service orientation is to take a
more proactive role in the service delivery process, managing
a project from start to end with constant performance checks
to ensure service quality.
