Command Center
VITRO™ has a centralized command post where all systems
and network monitoring, as well as data center activities
are manned. The VITRO™ Network Operations Center (NOC)
is the central hub of all the network activities, both incoming
and outgoing from the data center. It is the main monitoring
and administration center for all network concerns within
and outside of VITRO™. The data center, riding on the
robust network platforms of PLDT maintains in its NOC a round-the-clock
staff of qualified architects and engineers to ensure availability
and connectivity all the time.
VITRO™’s Security Operations Center (SOC) is the administration
and monitoring center for our Data Security Services. It is
operational 24 X 7 where virus updates and monitoring are
constant to give clients peace of mind.
Also centralized within VITRO™ is a building management
system where facilities are likewise monitored round-the-clock
to ensure the proper maintenance of machines and equipment
at the data center. A team of dedicated data center personnel
monitors the 24 X 7 building management systems data center
operations.
